Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The custom build of my lanai and pool screen enclosure was exactly what I wanted. From the design, the preparation of the area and the build, all was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Wekiva Screen Repair to my neighbors, friends and family. Additionally, the office staff is amazing !! Fantastic customer service,

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sadly have to leave a one star review for this company. Not sure if we just had a bad crew or what. Just look at the pictures. Paid $700 for a simple job of caulking along the enclosure beam against our house. Nothing fancy, just caulking a beam, and what we got was just terrible. The caulk they did use didn't even cover the seam. They appear to have run out of caulk part way through the job and instead of getting more, they just slapped some resin on where they ran out of caulk and it looks terrible and didn't even seal the gap. You can't use resin like this because it isn't elastomeric and will just crack when the enclosure shrinks or expands. The caulk they did use doesn't even connect in some places. They also didn't remove the leaves and debris in the seam so the caulk and the resin didn't seal properly. You can see them sticking out of the caulk and resin in the pictures. There are even sections without any caulk or resin on them. I mean, just the worst possible job you can imagine for something so simple. Looks pretty bad and we have new water damage where the resin is after paying to have the paint and dry wall repaired. I would say avoid this company because you're just rolling the dice on the quality of work you get.

Update: Mike, the GM, came out personally with the crew and upgraded the seal. I appreciate them coming back to fix the work. Added a photo of the updated caulk job. Changing this review to reflect this and will wait for the next hard rain for a follow up. Thanks Mike and Chris.

Customized Screen Enclosures

The strength in our screened enclosures comes from features that may not be immediately visible. Our heavier-gauge aluminum framing looks similar to other metal framing but stands up better to storms, which is critical in hurricane-prone Florida. Our standard includes:

Stainless steel fasteners and anchors to resist corrosion from weather and pool chlorine.
Proper roof and corner braces to fight wind damage.
Carefully sized gusset reinforcements.
